In-store diagnosis is free; an on-site or laptop-repair visit carries a ₹500 charge that’s adjusted into your bill once you go ahead. There’s no call-centre and no obligation — you speak to the people who’ll actually do the work, and you only pay after you approve the quote.

Do you charge for a visit or inspection?
In-store diagnosis is free. A ₹500 visit charge applies for laptop-repair and on-site visits (CCTV survey or doorstep repair); if you go ahead and a bill is generated, the ₹500 is adjusted into your bill, so you pay nothing extra.
