We clean the carriage rails, reseat or replace the print-head, fit genuine or OEM-grade ribbon cartridges and feed parts, and lubricate the assembly so the carriage glides smoothly again. We then recalibrate the head-gap and alignment and test on your own bill format before handing it back. Every repair carries a warranty on parts and labour. For an on-site visit there is a ₹500 charge, which is adjusted into your final bill once you proceed.
