Most people come to us for laptop repair or CCTV installation, but we do a lot more under one roof. On the device side that includes MacBook and iMac repair, iPhone and Android phone repair, printer repair and professional data recovery when a drive fails.

Which areas do you cover?
Make My Lappy serves all of Delhi NCR — Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and 50+ surrounding localities. Our store is in Sadar Bazar, Civil Lines, Gurugram.
How do I book a repair or CCTV service?
The quickest way is WhatsApp at +91 98885 45174. Send your device or requirement and your location, and we'll arrange a pickup, doorstep visit or store appointment.
Do you serve both homes and businesses?
Yes. We handle individual devices and home CCTV as well as bulk repairs, office printers, AMC contracts and multi-camera CCTV for shops, offices, factories and societies.
What are your charges?
Charges depend on the device and the fault, or on the CCTV setup you need. We always share a clear quote after diagnosis or a site survey, and you only pay once you approve it.
Do you give a warranty on repairs and CCTV?
Yes. We use original and OEM-grade parts and back every job with a written warranty. Laptop, MacBook and mobile repairs carry a 3-month service warranty; replacement parts carry 6 months to 1 year depending on the product; and CCTV installation carries a 1-year warranty. The exact warranty period for your job is printed clearly on your invoice.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. We handle your device and data with strict confidentiality and, wherever possible, repair without touching your files. For data recovery we work in a controlled, private environment.
Do you charge for a visit or inspection?
In-store diagnosis is free. A ₹500 visit charge applies for laptop-repair and on-site visits (CCTV survey or doorstep repair); if you go ahead and a bill is generated, the ₹500 is adjusted into your bill, so you pay nothing extra.
What if my device is damaged or lost at your shop?
Your device is safe with us. If any mishap damages or loses your device while it is in our care, Make My Lappy bears the loss up to a maximum of ₹10,000.
Do you guarantee my data?
Data backup is the customer's responsibility. Make My Lappy is not responsible for backing up your data or for any data loss during service. Please back up your data before handing over your device.
