Visit charges

Diagnosis at our Gurugram store is free. For laptop-repair pickups and on-site visits — including CCTV site surveys at your premises — a ₹500 visit charge applies. This charge is adjusted into your final bill whenever you go ahead with the repair, installation or any billed work, so you are not paying twice.

Device cover and your data

In the unlikely event that a device is damaged or lost while it is in our care, our liability is limited to a maximum of ₹10,000 per device. Please note that backing up your data is the customer's responsibility — we strongly recommend you take a backup before handing over any device, as we cannot guarantee data during repair or recovery and are not responsible for any data loss.

CCTV performance

The performance of any CCTV system depends on factors such as camera placement, lighting, available power and your internet connection. Features like night vision, motion alerts and remote viewing work within the limits of the chosen hardware and your network. We advise honestly on what a given setup can and cannot do before you buy.

Warranty

Repairs and installations are covered by a warranty on the specific work carried out and the parts we supply. Warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, physical or liquid damage after service, or tampering by a third party. The exact warranty period is stated on your invoice.
